Car Cake  ·  For a child's birthday or a 16th birthday, make a car cake. Press a layer of Cake-Shaping Clay into the bottom of a bread pan. Shape the clay to be the inverse of the top of the car shape, such that the clay is predominately positioned towards the front and back of the pan. Pour in the cake batter, such that the clay is fully covered and add slightly more batter (about 1/2-inch more) is added; if too much more is added, the car will be too tall! Bake until done, loosen the cake from the sides of the pan, and invert the pan.
